Open New case
From the clinic workspace, select New case and use a synthetic reference when testing.

Register and verify
Create the practice, verify the account email, and wait for a Diamond Smile Labs administrator to review the registration.
Build the prescription
Select a patient reference and an item from the published laboratory catalogue, then add shade, tooth, restoration, date, shipping, and clinical details.
Upload securely
Files are validated, encrypted in object storage, quarantined for malware scanning, versioned, and made available through short-lived links.
Track production
The lab scans each physical and digital handoff. Practices see approved, dentist-facing statuses and estimated turnaround.
Resolve questions
Missing information, design approvals, adjustments, and remakes are handled in the secure case thread.
Receive and settle
Track shipping and delivery, receive the case invoice, and follow the lab's approved payment instructions.
